How do I use Eduroam on Linux?

Warning! Dalarna University does not support Linux, we cannot guarantee that this will work for either Ubuntu or any other Linux distributions.

  1. Connect to the "onboard" network FAQ Image

  2. Go to https://onboard.du.se and login FAQ Image

  3. Download Quickconnect, note the filepath where you saved it. FAQ Image

  4. Open the terminal and enter: sudo sh ~/FILEPATH/ArubaQuickConnect.sh FAQ Image

  5. Follow the instructions in Quickconnect until is says you're finnished. If it doesn't connect automatically you can do it manually and then "forget" the Onboard network. FAQ Image
