Metered Connection is a setting that restricts your network access and can cause problems with various services.

See below to resolve this issue:

• Open settings in the windows menu and tap network and internet.

• select Wifi from the left menu, and then choose your network.

• Scroll down until you see Set as metered connection and tick it out.
